I feel we condition ourselves to work whenever we feel guilt. It is this guilt that we put ourselves into while we work in our organizations where we choose obnoxiously aggressive bosses who fuel our guilt and we allow this guilt to dictate our temperament. Guilt that we haven’t completed our responsibility adequately seeps into our desperation to work and achieve our goals for the moment. Eventually, overtime (even considering a weeks duration), stress gets stockpiled and we lose out on our energy and the cycle continues when we get a days rest [Meaning, eventually, we only do the first work of the day productively and then guilt depresses our energy to such an extent that we fail to productively perform other tasks in a productive manner]
However, if the same desperation is borne out of love and commitment for the task, then there would not be that stockpile of stress waiting to depress us out after all is said and done. Whenever I am not guilty, I would not work out enough (factual numbers speak for themselves). So, I got to atomically create habits wherein we admire and love the work we do, its ability to help give back to the society and the actions taken in order to give back to the society. Taking consistent strides no matter how overwhelming the end goal is(and how huge it always seems to get by the day) considering the sheer love and commitment for the work would make us grow out to bear enthusiasm for all tasks taken throughout the day and the results would show up within a weeks time too (long term win is not that long-term that we fail to realise the impact totally).
Thanks for your time readers 😊
